Magic in my world by Bryon Cheselka
My name is Bryon Cheselka. I am somewhat new to magic, as I just started playing this year. My friends Michael Rose and Archivist Andy gave me two decks which I use a lot. I like to use large creatures mostly, so my decks almost always have green in them. The two decks I use currently are entirely different. One is a pure Green deck. This has some very large creatures in it which are scary when I can get them out. The other is a Green and White enchantment deck. The purpose of this deck is to make a creature incredibly strong through the use of Enchantments.
There are a few strong and weak points in both decks. One of the strong points of the pure Green deck is that I can get out very large creature which hit for a large amount of damage each time. A weak point is that I am vulnerable to creatures with Flying as I have very few creatures with either Reach or Flying. As such, this lets creatures with flying through easily, allowing the other player to hit me repeatedly with the same creature. A strong point of the Green/White deck is that I can make my creatures extremely strong if I can get the enchantments I need on them quick enough. This deck is also very good in matches such as Two-Headed Giant. There are many weaknesses in this deck as well. One of them is the fact that sometimes I cannot get land out so it then becomes impossible for me to get anything out in time. Another problem is the fact that my deck is extremely large, which makes it hard for me to get things out in a reasonable time. This makes this deck very bad in Duels.
Currently, I am in the process of making a Green/Black Infect deck. This is so I can branch out and try other things inside of the game to give me new perspectives. As such, I am currently looking for a few cards for each deck. In the Green/White deck I am looking for: Three Dreams; Seek the Horizon; Kor, Spirit Dancer; and Sigil of the Empty Throne. In the Green/Black deck, I need any creatures with Infect and any Enchantments that give my creatures Infect and/or Trample.
